Because every memorial we design is custom, and the investment into the stone, once a custom drawing has been approved by our customer for their project and order placed, it cannot be cancelled, or a refund issued, or credit provided towards any future purchases. All sales are final.
Items that are damaged during transit or installation by Katzman or one of their approved vendors/contractors, may be replaced or repaired free of charge by Katzman after inspection. We require that you notify us of any damage (scratches, chips or related) within 24 hours of delivery and or installation. Additional rules apply.

Prior to placing an order for a customized engraved memorial, all orders must have a signed/dated drawing (proof) attached and approved by each customer. We ask that you closely review your drawing thoroughly for accuracy before sending back to Katzman. As a customer you are fully responsible for any text or content you submit as well as any final proofing. Katzman does not proof or prescreen any content prior to engraving. We are not responsible for any misspelled or mis-designed submissions.
We reserve the right to reject orders and submissions that do not meet Katzman policies or requirements. No profane, offensive, libelous, infringing or objectionable words, phrases or content will be engraved regardless of type of memorial. Any design and fabrication depicting the text or content given by our customer does not suggest that we approve of that text or any of its content.
Katzman Monument assesses a drawing fee to create custom drawings. A drawing is necessary prior to starting fabrication of any memorial. In the event a drawing was requested by a customer and the drawing was created yet the customer choses to not move forward with Katzman Monument, any down payment made will be promptly refunded less a fee of $89.00 for the drawing.
